Inflatable system: It is composed of various pipes and valves. An explosion-proof system is optional. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than a safe value, it will automatically deflate. Needle valve is installed on the gas-filling pipeline, and an optional flow meter can be used to control the gas-filling volume. It is used for the argon-filling and nitrogen-filling atmosphere requirements for the sintering process.
Control system: It consists of programmable controller PLC, temperature control meter, vacuum gauge, ammeter, voltmeter, air circuit breaker, AC contactor, relay, thyristor, button, indicator light, etc., to realize power supply, control, recording, Monitoring and alarm protection function.
Pressurization system: It consists of load cells, pressure transmitters, etc., which can adjust the pressure through the touch screen installed on the furnace body, and can achieve voltage stabilization and pressure holding.
